The invocation of a forgotten Cold War security act motivates police to target anti-war dissidents with a murderous initiative. The premise of this grim desert ordeal always seemed farfetched, paranoid … but maybe its time has finally come. We’ve dusted off our old review from 2005. This particular disc is long out of print, but releases from other regions exist. Was once on DVD from New Yorker Video.
