Vice Squad is an amusingly ironic day in the life of a Los Angeles police captain; Black Tuesday a bleak and brutal gangster picture directed by Hugo Fregonese, and Nightmare is a remake by Maxwell Shane of his own Cornell Woolrich thriller from ten years before.
